Yes, for items that weight more than 30 kg, we can deliver to your preferred room of choice. Meanwhile, for items that weight below 30 kg normally our delivery partner is not allowed to enter your home and carry your order up to your floor, bedroom, or through stairs. They can only they can bring the products up to the front steps outside your building/house.
